AccountAid, a privately held corporation. In its infancy, the company began in the late 1980s as a family-run bookkeeping and tax preparation business operating throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In 2000, it was passed down to the latest generation and expanded its services as a corporation.

AccountAid offers a broad range of services to small to mid-sized businesses.  We provide bookkeeping and tax preparation to individuals and businesses.  We are able to process payroll and reconcile your books from your office, remotely, or in-house. All of our consultants are QuickBooks ProAdvisors proficient in both online and desktop versions.

We advise our clients on the complications associated with business growth and development. We can supervise or manage the conversion of sole proprietorships to LLCs and corporations.

We are experienced with assisting all types of businesses, including service providers, restaurants, manufacturers & wholesalers, construction, retailers, real estate professionals, service providers, and many more.
